UX/CX & Service Design - 2016

Prudential offers life insurance, accident and health insurance, and property and casualty insurance.

Prudential was dipping a toe in the digital offering for one of their most established products, pensions. Our aim was to deliver a simple way for customers to view, calculate and purchase a pension product.

Balsamiq flows

Real quick and real loose, a very important step to get the basic user flow under the noses of SMEs and all interested parties

Lo-fi

Often overlooked, it is much easier at this point to make changes to the designs and most importantly of all, you are removing the distracting elements that often slow the process down, like colours, font, text and imagery.

Patience

When dealing with multiple pages, it is important to work out now what every element of that page represents, whet it does and where it goes.

Final designs

With everything worked out and in place, it was great to finally present the offering to Prudential of their first digital pension offering.
